Limits on Responsibility:
The Frank Lloyd Wright Trust ("FLWT"), in order to make an educational opportunity available to its members, has arranged for Japan Travel Bureau Global Marketing & Travel (JTBGMT), an independent contractor, to organize the transportation, accommodation and other services from other parties related to the trip in Japan, March 18-29, 2018 ('The Trip").

FLWT and JTBGMT act only as agents for the passenger with respect to transportation, hotels and all other related travel services for the trip and assume no responsibility, howsoever caused, for personal injury, damage, loss, theft, accident, expense, acts of terrorism, delay, cancellation, weather conditions, strikes, act of God or military action.

FLWT and JTBGMT also reserve the right to make changes in the published itineraries whenever in their judgment conditions so warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the Trip participants. They reserve the right to withdraw without penalty any tour announced. FLWT and JTBGMT also reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a participant in the tours for any reason, or to require any participant to withdraw from the Trip at any time, when such an action is determined by FLWT or JTBGMT to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the group or of the individual participant. In such a case, the participant accepts all collateral costs of such a withdrawal. Baggage and personal property are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times.

The undersigned have carefully read the schedule of activities for the Trip as well as the conditions of application and participation as set forth in the Trip website and other pre-departure mailings and recognize and accept any risks thereof and the conditions set for therein, including the refund policy. In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participation in the Trip, the undersigned voluntarily accepts all risks of personal injury and property damage or loss arising from participation in the Trip. The undersigned hereby agrees that he/she and his/her dependents, heirs, executors and assigns do hereby fully and forever release and agree to hold harmless FLWT and JTBGMT, and the employees, officers, directors, trustees or representatives of any of them, for any and all claims, including claims relating to illness, accident, bodily injury, death or property damage, theft or loss, however caused, arising from or related to the Trip. The relationship between the undersigned and FLWT and JTBGMT will be governed exclusively by U.S. law.
