Airfare, airport transfers, services and arrangements other than those mentioned in the above tour program, travel insurance and all items of a purely personal nature, such as alcoholic beverages, laundry, fax, phone, e-mail or any communication charges.

Terms and Conditions:

Group size:

Travel Wright international journeys are limited to 24 guests. The minimum group size is 15. If the minimum is not reached, the program will be canceled and the deposit will be returned.

Deposits and Payments:

Non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 per person is required to book the tour.

Final invoices will be sent via email and final payments will be due by Jan 1, 2014.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made directly with the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust either by phone or in writing. Cancellation charges will apply according to the following schedule:

  • By September 1, 2013: Cancellation charge of $1,500
  • January 1, 2014: 50% of program price
  • March 1, 2014: 75% of program price
  • After March 2, 2014: No refunds

Passports and Visas:
Visas are not required for stays of six months or less for the United Kingdom for visitors from the U.S.. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. It is recommended that you check with Travel Wright and the U.S. Department of State Web site for the latest passport and visa requirements. Please note that non-U.S. passport holders are responsible for obtaining the required documentation applicable for entry. Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the return of your journey and should also have sufficient blank pages for visas and immigrations stamps.

Limits on Responsibility:
All services and related arrangements, including transportation and accommodations for the tour have been made by Benefactor Travel [by Hamilton Fitzjames] (“BT”) for the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust (“FLWPT”), only as an agent for the undersigned traveler. Therefore, FLWPT shall not be liable for damages, costs, expenses, losses, accident or injury, or any claims or actions relating to the foregoing, whether to person or property, arising out of an injury, accident, cancellation, delay, alteration or inconvenience, including any of the same resulting from any act of negligence of BT or FLWPT, or any hotel, carriers, including air, train and auto, restaurant or other company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, crime, terrorism, force majeure, accident, or any other tour member, or any of the employees, agents, independent contractors, successor or assigns of the foregoing, or from any other cause whatsoever, and the undersigned hereby releases BT and FLWPT of and from the same. FLWPT reserves the right to withdraw a tour or service, or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of a tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures, additional expenses, or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. The contract and the relationship between the traveler and BT and FLWPT will be governed exclusively by U.S. law and will be binding upon the traveler’s successors, heirs and legal personal representatives.

Note about Costs:
Tour costs are based upon current airfares, tariffs, currency values, and on the basis of a minimum number of participants. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change. Should actual enrollments fall significantly below minimum numbers, a surcharge may be added.

Medical Considerations:
Please note that this tour requires that participants be in good physical condition. You must be capable, without assistance, of walking a minimum of one mile over uneven terrain and of climbing stairs that may not have handrails. Participants should have sufficient stamina to keep pace with an active group of travelers on long days of touring.
